Parenting is hard we are so often worried about rent, mortgage, bills, our kids, school, work etc. the last thing we worry about is ourselves, most times we can't stick to a workout, our bodies just slow down and everything hurts... well our program focuses in challenging you to push yourself and overcome those obstacles that have been keeping you from becoming the healthiest most self confident version of yourself, this 45 minute session will make you feel like you are ready to take on life challenges and become more flexible, active, focused, and stronger and self confident, all by doing fun exercises and learning techniques that teaches you how to defend yourself and feel like a warrior.
